Nicholas Holman, the force behind Holman Properties is a true visionary and seasoned real estate professional. Nicholas sees the potential in properties that have been given up on, and seeks to revitalize communities.

He has degrees in both finance and real estate coupled with years of experience in investment, development and management. Nicholas’ ability to determine the best practices for investment properties by using various methods to get the highest value of a property is one of his specialties. Prior to establishing Holman Properties, he worked with a variety of real estate organizations, originated mortgages, syndicated commercial finance loans, managed construction renovation projects and created contracts for leases.

Currently, Nicholas works with both for profit and non-for profit organizations, as well as private and public institutions providing market rate rentals and affordable housing solutions of high standards for his clients. He has committed himself to the continued growth of his company into a national and international company in the years to come.
